Terms of sale

Effective 20 October 2026. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

1. The seller

The Carspot shop is operated by EAZY MEDIA, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €100, registered with the Angers Trade and Companies Register under number 929 391 928, EU VAT number FR36929391928, with its registered office at 21 rue du Pic Martin, 49190 Rochefort-sur-Loire, France. Contact: contact@eazy-media.fr.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed by a consumer on the Carspot shop. Placing an order means accepting the terms in force on the day of the order.

3. Products

Clothing and accessories are made to order, after you buy, by our production partner in Europe. Photos are as accurate as possible; slight differences in shade or embroidery placement may occur from one piece to another. The size guide is on each product page.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Order and payment

The order is final once payment is confirmed. Payment is made online by bank card or by the other methods offered at checkout, through a secure payment provider. EAZY MEDIA does not store any card data. A confirmation email summarises the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas, times and rates are described in the shipping policy. If delivery is significantly delayed, you can contact us; if delivery does not take place within the stated time, you can cancel the sale under the conditions set out in Articles L216-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason. The procedure, return costs and withdrawal form are set out in the returns and refunds policy.

8. Legal guarantees

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

You have two years from delivery of the item to claim under the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, you only need to prove the existence of the lack of conformity, not when it appeared. The legal guarantee of conformity entitles you to repair or replacement of the item or, failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract. You can also claim under the guarantee against hidden defects within two years of discovering the defect.

For any faulty embroidery or damaged parcel, email us a photo at contact@eazy-media.fr: the piece will be remade or refunded.

9. Carspot perks

Some pieces may come with a perk in the Carspot app (a cosmetic item, a period of Gold subscription) when the product page says so. This perk is offered with the clothing and cannot be bought separately. It is delivered as a code to activate in the app, has no monetary value and gives no advantage in the rankings. If you withdraw or are refunded, the associated perk is deactivated.

11. Mediation and disputes

If you have a complaint, first contact contact@eazy-media.fr. The details of the consumer mediator EAZY MEDIA belongs to will be added here shortly. In the meantime, any unresolved complaint can be sent to us in writing at contact@eazy-media.fr and will be answered within 15 days.

These terms are governed by French law. The mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply where relevant.
