Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. For an order delivered in several parcels, the period starts from receipt of the last parcel.

How to do it

  1. Send us your decision before the period ends, by email to contact@eazy-media.fr, with your order number. You can use the form below, but you don't have to.
  2. We reply with the return address.
  3. Send the items back no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty or does not match your order.

Refund

We refund all amounts paid, including the original shipping costs at the standard rate, no later than 14 days after being told of your withdrawal. We may delay the refund until we receive the items or until you provide proof of shipment. The refund is made with the payment method used for the order.

You may be held liable if the items lose value because they were handled beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and proper working (for example, clothing that has been worn or washed).

Any Carspot perk linked to the item is deactivated when it is refunded.

Faulty item or order mistake

Faulty embroidery, damaged item or wrong size sent: email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. The item will be remade and sent again free of charge, or refunded. Your legal guarantees still apply (see the terms of sale).

Size exchange

As each piece is made to order, we don't do direct exchanges: return the item under the right of withdrawal and place a new order in the right size.
