Tracking

An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships. An order with several items may arrive in several parcels.

Lost or damaged parcel

If your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, email us at contact@eazy-media.fr with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged). We will send the order again or refund you.

Address

Check your address before confirming: once production has started, it can no longer be changed. A parcel returned to us because of a wrong address can be sent again for a new shipping fee.
